dirt in your needle valve will do this.
What I did this last summer was:
1.put a tray under the bike where the drain hose ends off the bottom of the carb.
2.open the drain **** on the bottom of the carb where the hose attaches
3.let a decent stream of fuel pass through
4.close it off and try starting again.
if you don't get a fuel flow out of the drain line:
1. make sure there's gas in the tank and the fuel **** on the tank is in the on position. If that's ok then proceed to step 2 ...
2. turn off the fuel **** on the tank.
3. remove the fuel hose off the carbeurator and off the fuel petcock on the tank.
4. blow through this hose and make sure it's clear.
5. use a container under the petcock and open it .. if fuel comes out in a good stream, great .. if not .. you have a clogged petcock.
If you confirm that you have fuel flowing into the carb line, but not going out of the bowl drain line .. you probably have dirt in the carb that's causing the trouble .. take it off and get it cleaned.
One other thing that comes to my mind .. do you have a fuel filter installed? Most Warriors don't come with them, but it would be in the line between the carb and the tank. Check that it is flowing free, and replace it if it is not.
This is the most likely trouble. Not sure what to say about the water/engine case scenario .. but check your oil for signs of contamination.
Good luck
