Default Blown top end in blaster

I blew the top end in my blaster i took it to the local small engines repair shop and they told me that when i blew it, it scratched the side of the cylinder head and id either have to buy a 240 big bore kit or take it to a machine shop and bore it out enough to get rid of the scratch are there any other things i could do to fix this problem and how much would it cost??

Send it to HWD and they can have the cylinder resleeved and you could also get the best blaster porting at the same time if you chose to.

It really depend's on what bore your on..If you are on your last bore you will have to have it resleeved..If there is still enough material left you will just need to get the cylinder bored and a new piston..That is if you didn't do anything to the bottom end when your piston seized..piston kit is about 75-100 bucks depending on what type you get..can't really give you a price on the other stuff without knowing a little more info
