I'm running a 310 main jet, the elevation is 96 ft. above sea level and the needle is on the 3rd groove down from the top.

By the sounds of things, your rich on the pilot jet which is why you have to have your air screw so far out. 2 turns isn't bad, and if you can get it to work good I would leave it. What size pilot do you have, still stock? Maybe drop the needle down one position (raise the clip) and see if it helps. When exactly does it start to bog, right off idle?

its a 2 stroke your not gonna have much bottom end, and if u lug it around all day u will fouel a plug, if u keep the rpm's up, then the toomey is a awsome pipe , i have a 04 blaster with toomey pipe kit, boyesen pro sereies reeds, reed spacer, vitos +4 degree key, 14,39 sprokets, k&n air filter, and razr tires and outrun 400ex's and z400s, u gotta dump the clutch for it to take off fast though

Then you have serious issues with your jetting. 2-strokes are no torque monsters, but you should have a pretty good bottom end snap and a quick rev, if not you have somthing wrong.

i was just saying that if your used to riding a 4 stoke and then ride a blaster, its gonna fell like it has no tourqe, i have done a plug check a couple of times and my jetting is fine, and it revs quick ...and has ok bottom end snap, i think mine needs new piston and rings, compresion is low
