The air screw is on the side of the carb, the pilot jet is inside the carb (you'll have to remove the bowl to get at it).
You have to take the carb top off to get to the needle.

the screw is a gold screw on the oposite side of the idle screw on the carb right?????..... yess i no about the needle i just dont know whatt people mean when they said needle position or something?

If you take out the needle from the carb (make sure you see what slot the clip is on 1st!!), you will see a series of slots in the top of the needle. The 1st slot from the BLUNT end of the needle is the #1 position.
As you move the clip DOWN to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th clip position, etc, you are RICHENING up the midrange which is the RPM range that the needle controls.
So moving the clip DOWN one position is the same as RAISING the needle one position. Regardless of how you phrase it, you are making the carb flow more gas from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle (approximately) .
By DROPPING the needle one clip position (same as RAISING the clip one position), you are LEANING out the midrange.
