i wanted to know what a spark arrestor was ive heard of it before but i like to know before i get a pipe for my wolverine and start messing wit it

 

Its a inset that goes in the muffler that does what the name says. It arrests or stops sparks from being able to come out. Without it ..its possible when your using your ATV to have a spark come out and catch grass or something on fire. It doesn't restrict airflow that much so its good to keep it in place.
