Default cdi unit

hey, i just bought a brand new rappy and was wondering if i need more power if a cdi with a higher rev limiter (500-1000 rpms higher) would give me allot more power? not that ill need it.

it will give you more power and a better spark but i would start with the intake and exhaust to get more performance

The cdi is really not that much of a noticable improvment. It would be if you are into some heavy racing, but as far as adding power to a Raptor, one of the first things you should do is get a full exhaust system and mod the air box along with getting the carbs re-jetted. Most people will agree that this will really open the Raptor up for some noticable gains.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
