If you are certain the float level is correct, it's most likely the float valve;the spring loaded pin that the float tang rests on. It takes just a tiny piece of dirt or other foreign substance to plug it allowing fuel to continue to flow. It would be best to spray it with carb cleaner, use compressed air to blow it out, let it dry & do it again to remove varnish or whatever. If that doesn't cure the problem, you may have to replace the valve & seat as a unit.

There is a screw with 0-ring next to the hose at the very bottom of the float bowl(if this is the hose you are referring to?)Is it there and is it tight because loosening it will drain the float bowl? Worth checking?

the biggest problem i had with my warrior was a leaky carb. I notice the smallest dirt particle in the float needle caused it to over flow like that. And one other thing was the accelerator plunger would stick. so when you pull it apart make sure it is working properly. You will notice a big difference if it is stuck.

Hey i am havin the same problem with my 2000 Warrior.I took it apart once and cleaned it.It ran good for a couple of weeks then started up again.I guess either i didnt clean the valve good enough or the float is bad.
Hey hot_shoe_cv!To find out if it is the float itself i can take the float bowl off the carb turn the gas on and turn the quad up on the rear tires and press the float onto the valve and the gas should stop right?Am i thinkin right or do i have it mixed up?
I will probably have to take it apart and check it out again.
I just put an inline fuel filter on also!
