What Honda model is equivalent to the Blaster?
We have both the Blaster and a 300ex and they are close in all respects except 1. Reverse!! Our 300 has a white bros cam, 12:1 piston and a pro circut pipe, while our blaster is completly stock. The 300 is quicker out of the hole and is just a little bit faster on the top end, but the blaster puts up a good fight. I believe the biggest difference is in the riders weight. My oldest son rides the 300 and goes about 115 lbs while my youngest son rides the blaster and weighs about 80 lbs. If I ride the 300 (i'm about 220 lbs) and my youngest is on his blaster, its a pretty good race. Seems who ever gets the jump can stay about a tires length ahead of the other. Its sad, that ole dad has to have a modded quad to hang with jr on his stocker, but getting old ain't for sissy's!!

TO JAS YOU HAD A fmf PIPE REEDS AND A AIR FILTER AND JETS ON YOUR BLASTER AND IT WAS RIGHT BEHIND THE STOCK 400EX?
RIGHT ill never beleave that one blasters are not fast machines!!! there 200cc air cooled 2 strokes and stock for stock there alittle slower than the 300ex not much a little!
and they dont gain that much from that little of modds!
