the same thing happened to me last christmas, it was my starter... what i did was tap it with a wrench or something metal and it would usually turn over a couple times until i had enough to buy a new starter.

Pull starts came on the early warrior. Not sure what years but my wifes 87 had one until I put the 440ex motor in it. You can get the pull starts for around 50 or so on ebay. I do not know if the newer Warriors have compression reliefs or not but you will need one to make pull starting way easier.

I think it's probably the battery too, but if you want to check the solenoid: short out the 2 large terminals on the top of it with a wrench or heavy gauge wire. this bypasses the solenoid. if the motor turns over you almost definitely have a bad solenoid
