I took the end cap off before and it doesn't make it any louder.

 

when u took off the end cap did you take out the stuffing in the exhaust

 

there wasn't any packing or stuffing in it.

 

hahaha.... they stopped putting stuffing in the exhaust because there was a shortage from all of the build a bear stores!!

 

So in other words it can't be done, and would be better to just buy an aftermarket exhaust.
What would be a good head pipe, and silecer for it?

 

why in the hell would you want it to be louder. let me guess you think that all of the honda ricer cars are faster cause they have a big loud exhaust. not true there is a thing called backpressure.
back to the subject, go hit your exhaust with a hammer and that will make it loud. as the noise vibrates over all the dents the frequency increases and the noise gets more turbulent and thus making your exhaust loud as hell, for free too.

 

Take the factory exhaust off and get an aftermarket one..[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

i took the spark arrester out of my raptor awhile back and it made it quite a bit louder. it had no effects either.. can't guarentee those results.. it might have been a little lean from the factory and i just evened it out.
