Default modding the blaster

well.... i think im finally going to put a little money into the blasty. first things first, i think im going to get the toomey pipe, not sure yet. needs to be wider.... are wheel spacers the way to go??, i know i cant afford wider a-arms. and im thinkin about the boyesen rad valve.... thanks in advance for any suggestions. oh yea...i ride mostly wide open trails, and sometimes silver lake dunes.

wheel spacers are good unless you do alot of jumping.....

dont get the toomey pipe. Get a right bend pipe like lrd, trinity, and cpi. Then i would get stage 2 porting from hwd and a carb. The porting is 200 and it comes with the prop head mod. the carb is 225

Don't get a Toomey, get an LRD or Dynoport. Yes it does need to be wider so get a G-Force axle if your on a budget. Don't even waste your time on the rad valve, get some G3 reeds from www.1dirracing.com.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

wheel spacers work fine for me. i do a lot of jumping. not toooo rough tho. A arms and axles are better tho... well obviously. but yes wheel spacers are the way to go.

i dont think i will be getting any motor mods like porting or boring, so a toomey would work right,, i here there one of the best for a stock motor anyways... hey banshee 392.... that axel might be sumthing ill look at. how much for rims/tires all the way around, midrange price? thx guys.

The toomey pipe is the best for stock motors but i said the same thing when i got my pipe, but after a couple of weeks i wanted more. So i am sending my motor out to hwd porting pd3, prop head mod. and a 35mm carb

I paid around $475 for my rims and tires all the way around and shipped from www.rockymountainatv.com
