I just bought a 93 Yamaha Warrior about a month ago and the guy I bought it from painted it yellow. The yellow was chipping off in some places so I got some paint remover to take the yellow off. Well I started taking the yellow off then there was a layer of dark blue then red then light blue now Im down to the last color and its like a greyish colour. The papers say that the bike is blue. So does Yamaha get this grey dull colour and paint it or is it suppose to be this colour because Iv never seen this colour on a bike before. I was just wondering if yamaha painted their platics before they sell them or is the plactics actually that colour

 

I am not 100% sure but i believe that yamaha did make a few grey colored models. I think it was a wolverine that i saw though.

 

I have seen a couple of grey warriors. I don't know whether they came that way or if it is aftermarket.
