Where to ride in New Mexico and Colorado

Where to ride in New Mexico and Colorado
Would like to hear about some places to ride. Plans for now include Red River, NM, Silverton and Ouray Co. areas. Also considering Taylor Reservoir area out of Gunnison, Co. Thanks
