Ok, i own a 2000 Grizz and have 2000km's on it, and this heat crap is what it is crap, there are heat reflector shields on it. Also i do like the kodiak but for 200CC more and only a few hundred dollars go with the Grizz, it is alot more powerful if you need it. Oh ya i was out with my buddy who has a kodiak and the air intakes for the belt suck. They are too low. I had the grizz floating and he sucked in a pile of water and i didn't even suck a drop inn, put it this way our buddy with the Traxter XT had a great time teasing him with it. So the kodiak is good if you don't go into deap water. Remember mud riding is alot with the driver. We had it stuck and the XT stuck and well i went buy and got through, i went faster instead of going slow.
Anyhow just some pointers.

I have ridden the Kodiak & several Polaris & Kawasaki's & the Kodiak has the best & smoothest belt drive out there.

The kodiak was purchased today and comes home on the trailer tomorrow. Maybe this weekend we can try and break it, I mean break it in. I have not ridden one, but look forward to it.
