Default Done for the year...thanks to a two wheeler

Friday night test riding a 96 yz-250 my buddy and I were cponsidering for an extra machine. Crashed hard turning around in the street
Injury Report: collarbone broken in three places, HORRIBLE road rash onleg+arms+back, surgery on shoulder next week[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

no more riding this season says the doc. Everybody ride safe AND STICK TO QUADS, bikes only gety you trouble.

Hope you get better! I was considering a Honda 450R dirtbike, but after a litle cruise, that thing scared the hell out of me! Good luck!

That does sound kind of dumb, ... getting hurt while turning around in a street. That is usually the way it happens though. In a decade's worth of desert racing I have never been hurt in a race, but I have been hurt a few times while doing something almost as simple as what got you. I blew an aterior cruiciate ligament while riding to the starting line one time (now that was dumb).

Hopefully you will have a speedy recovery, and in a few days you will be able to sleep at night without thinking you're going to die when you roll over in your sleep. Been there, done that, ... get well soon.
