blaster performance

I have an 02 blaster with very few mods. I was riding my buddy's suzuki 125 dirt bike and noticed that it will rap up and about the time you think it's done, it unleashes the beast. My blaster doesn't do that. What's the difference between the two? What can I do for that kindof power band on my blaster?

Im asuming the dirt bike is a 2 stroke and if it is you are going to have to do extensive motor mods to get it close. You are going to need a good port and polish and a 240. I would have the timing advanced 4 degrees. For the bottom end i would get a 4mm stroker. Put a project blaster airbox and a rifled hwd 35mm carb and you will have the powerband you are looking for.

check trengaracing.com they offer a whole new topend. and i mean the whole thing. you dont use anything from the top of the case up from the stock motor.

I wouldnt buy any thing from trenga racing. their costomer service is horrible and their products are over priced, over rated and not that great. If you are going to but a clyinder kit get it from ct racing its the same thing as the trenga but their costumer service is a lot better.

guys important news on hollywood dirt!! i wouldnt order anything from him not that your going to have the chance to. nobody has heard from him for quite some time now and he owes alot of people alot of money and parts, and i am one of those people. anyway to get more of a power band deffinatly get a pipe first! then look at ct racing for a 240 kit. also lighten your flywheel but take it somewhere that is not new to this type of stuff and has experience. last a reed valve like the G3 would also help alot to get what your looking for. but seriously stay away from HWD until he comes up with the money and parts he owes
