What kind of mods can i do to make my dads banshee better for climbing silthills. so i need low-end. The only thing i have is 12T sproket toomey t-6's, sur-trak tires in back, cool-heads. so how can i make it a silthill-eating machine? or just better.

Believe it or not, porting can help.I'm not alking about an all-out drag porting of course. My banshee was easier to ride around on after I had it ported.I'm not saying it's a trail quad, but it help the mid-range quite a bit.Might try it.

T-6 doesn't make much more power with porting, as it was designed to make the most power with stock cylinders, while t-5 responds very well to porting {if you doubt this look at the forums at banshee hq.com}. A pro flow filter+billet adaptor will do wonders (when I put one on my 87, I went from a 280 main jet to a 320 mj mikuni}. Thats 4 sizes bigger and it had alot more top end power with my T-3's. If you want all the top end power you can get try some shearers or rocket in-frame pipes.

If you want low end power with a great all around power band, talk to Bubba, he will get you going in the right direction.

Midnite is right.I've tried both the T-6 and T-5.The T-5 is the best of the 2 as far as I'm concerned.Especially when it comes to adding modifications.I've never tried the 2 into 1 pipe.Might be worth looking into.I raced against one before in the 300ft.It was impressive. Not sure what all he had done to it.It would run though.

I think the name of the company that makes it is DYNOPORT.Might try dynoport racing.com or something like that.I'm not really sure what the name of the site is.Hope this helps.
