im 265 6ft1 i love quads i race all the time wit my friends quads they are slow they top out at 50 125 grizz yea i know it has me on it yamaha are awasome that thing pulls me like nutin but i want a sport quad wicth one rapptor or z400 i do alot of trail ridding and jumps and i cross some rivers mid tire or higher thanks alot!

Considering your size i would say the raptor since it is a little roomier.

 

When you say race do you mean play race, drag race, organized events?

 

play race im only 13 be 14 in oct but im a pretty good rider

 

im 6'4 255 and every quad ive ridden is too small for me except my raptor and a ds. My frins is 6'4 200lbs and he orginally bought a z400 rode it for 6 months decided it was to small for him and underpowered, so he bought a raptor. he is very happy now.

 

My 5'8 160 pound friend rides a z400 and he handles it easy...go for the raptor...

 

If you do more trails go for the Raptor, you still have alot of growing to do, you might have to get a DS, there both great quads.

Get a raptor, Then add a full system pipe. It will have no problem hauling you around.
