Warrior

The only motor made that is going to bolt straight up to a warrior is a warrior motor. If you're worried about something being easy to install and bolt up then just bore the warrior motor, they make kits that take it to as big as 502cc. There's no atv, motorcycle, or dirtbike motor that's going to fit without a lot of fabricating.

a 400ex motor fits really well. Check my pics. I have been told that the CBR600 and 900r motors are the best to use because they have lower profile oil tanks which lowers the overall height of the motor. I do not know for sure though.

I don't think a 400 ex motor would be that much better than the warrior motor to make it worth the time and money it would take. I'd say if you're gonna do a hybrid throw something bigger than 600 cc's into it and make it worth it

Warrior motor is a whopping 16 horses on a good day. 440ex motor is a good 40+ horse. Not sure on a raptor motr but I think it is in the mid 30's and it weighs more. Plus you have to fit more parts such as a radiator. It sounds easy until you do it, trust me.

Right now i'm having trouble finding the 502 on the internet, but I know of people who have already installed these kit on the warrior. I know of the 446 kit from four stroke tech, and powroll performance has a kit close to 450cc too. The four stroke tech kit is the biggest bore for the lowest price you're going to find for $649 but i'll look around some more and try to come up with the 502

you dont want to bore your engine to the limit!!!!
Why because a 350 to a 502 that is a big difference and the engine is going to be extremely weak and unreliable.
also if anything ever happened to your engine were u have to drill out the piston your not going to be abile to because the engine is already bored to its limits.
