Are banshees good trail bikes?
I Ride my shee on the Trails all the Time. There are Better Quads for Trail Riding But i stay with ANYONE I Ride With. My buddies that i ride with have a 660 Raptor,500 Scrambler, 400 Sport, and I have no Problem Riding with them. Infact if I lead the Group i can Easily Loose them on the Trails.and we all have Years of riding under our Belts.

banshee's are great trail quads, not the best, but if you always ride a slower pace, try a heavier flywheel, it will help it out at low rpm, the engine will not rev out as quickly though... Stock form, they haul **** and if you have ever ridden a 2 stroke you will figure out how to keep from fouling a plug at low rpm, I think about the only issue is, with extremely technical riding (always in 1st gear just crawling) it does get quite hot, then again what sport quad dosent get hot when doing 1st gear. If you want somthing that takes some skill to ride on trails, and hauls a whole different kind of @$$ Id definately recommend a shee...

Banshees can go slow but like many of the new 4 strokes (YFZ) its takes some clutch work to keep it from stalling. If you were going to trail ride I'd drop a front tooth sprocket, Get FMF pipes (with S/A) and get some chassis and swingarm protection. After that you'll have youself a pretty compitent bike. Suspension would be a good idea too since Banshee suspension isn't the best. Fouling plugs isn't a problem if you have the correct jetting. Since you ride a blaster already you know how to ride a 2 stroke in the woods. Buy it and lay some spank on the 4 strokes
