R6 engine in a YFZ 450 frame?
As for your application I don't' know first hand if it's possible. I myself would do A LOT of research before you go head-on into a project of this magnitude.
Speaking from personal experiance we had a guy around here that got real good at putting Ninja 650 and 750 motors into banshees. I even got to ride his wifes bike which had a 650 motor and let me tell you I literally looked like a ewok on a jet speeder in Star Wars. I'm talking this thing was so damn fast I couldn't get past 4th gear. And that was when I was 22 years old and holding on for dear life.
If I were in your shoes I would probably start off with strengthening the frame and taking measurments of the R6 motor and comparing them to the 450 motor to see if it will even fit into the frame.
