Default Raptor clutch problems

Need help from clutch gurus!

Here's my problem:

I installed a GYTR clutch a couple months ago and dad(250ish lbs) has been using my quad while Im in school. I came home this weekend and it seems like the clutch slips in 1st and 2nd SOMETIMES in 3rd gear. Its not a gradual slip where u can hear the engine rev up and back down slowly...its a VIOLENT slip and grab of the clutch. Almost feels like you go from spinning the tires and quickly getting 100% traction then spinning the tires again. Im almost positive the clutch is toast, maybe even have a broken fiber.

My question is, does having a 14T, HEAVY Holeshot HDs and a 250lb+ rider hurt the clutch THAT bad?
The HDs dig in real good and provide excellent traction and the 14T gives me great top speed, but I dont feel like changing the clutch every 5 months. Im not as heavy as my dad but I am a big guy (6ft, 210lbs) and this had never happened to me, atleast not with the GYTR kit.

EDIT: IM CALIRAPTOR, JUST SIGNED IN WITH MY BRO'S I-D, SORRY!!!
What do you guys think?

It sounds like a bad sproket.A clutch will usually slip worse in higher gears.

I didnt check the front sprocket but the chain looks fine and so do the teeths on BOTH sprockets. I'll check the splines on the 14T in a couple mins. This thing has me stumped. Thanks sixsixT, your always here to help me out man!

Sprocket is on tight and doesnt seem like its moving on the splines, could worn out chain rollers cause something like this? Mine are pretty beat up and will have to be replaced soon.

Im gonna put on the 12T and re-tighten the chain and I'll give it a try. I sure hope its the stupid 14T and not the clutch, I hate taking off skids, nerfs, pegs and all that junk.

Do you have a stock clutch lever?
Do you have freeplay?

i weigh 260 and my gytr has held itselft fine under tons of drag racing abuse. no worries, that gyrt is the best clutch and can handle the most abuse. i would ask you father if he notices any of this when HE was riding it, and if so, does he know when the slipping started to occur?? sound to me your clutch isnt engaging, or grabbing, go back in the case make sure you torqued on the basket.

UPDATE:

I looked over the sprockets/chain and everything looked fine, I tightened the chain and the sprocket nut just to make sure and took it out for a test drive. Looks like it only does it in second and it sounds like broken gears. I can feel the grinding by the shifter whenever I shift into second. Once I shift into third all is fine and it hauls ***. So it looks like I'll be pulling the motor and rebuilding the tranny. Any guess how much this will cost me?

Your shift fork is either bent or worn and the dogs on 2nd gear are probably a little rounded on the edges. My guess would be about $200 for the parts.
