I think the stock warrior has 16-18 horse. 80 percent more is still far from 45 horse.

Pretty much anything that is stroked is going to have reliability issues unless its "mild". My old Warrior had a .450 lift cam in it. Why only .430 in yours?

Well for heat ...I run a D9ea instead of a d8..a little cooler I have scoops that force air over the head..and I run turbo blue 112...
I can trail ride or round track all day ..its when it idols or just putts around is when it runs hot
.430 was the biggest cam in the book...I didnt know much about quads until I got this one...I wanted high revving, instant power...so i got the cam and a 12:1 aries piston and head work and it lasted two weeks...oil pump when out...so then I got the powroll kit..its been on about 6 mos...it is way faster and way more reliable ...my only problem is i cant keep a clutch in it .....
