I know this forum has been brought up in the past but it dealt mainly with the Pennsylvania area. I would like to know if anyone in the Southeast (especially Alabama) has researched this subject and found any info. I know the southeast is a little less strict with it's street laws and tax requirements. With fuel prices as high as they are, I would like to make my Kodiak street legal so I can make the short runs to the Piggly Wiggly a little less painful.
