I have been reading some posts that say California emissioned quads with a new pipe have more HP than non-california quads. Can someone explain this to me and how do you know if its a California quad or not or what the major differences are. I have never heard of it so just let me know thanks.

 

No one has a guesstamate or my question is really dumb.

well this is just a guess but i bet they inverted the numbers on accident otherwise i would purchase the cali version
