you think maybe it is the CDI unit in the rear of the quad?? We got it running after it flipped and rode it a few times but it was cutting out and bogging alot but it was still rideable, then one day we went to start it and the battery was dead so we bump started it and it ran for 3 seconds and blew out a large puff of black smoke?? then we put it on the charger and tried to start it and got nothing? checked spark with 2 coils and 2 wires with a new plug and still got terrible spark

 

yea, thats what i would check next.
