Lucky you, i was busy puttin a programmer on my Raptor.
There are a few things you can do. First and easiest thing to do is too lower the compression dampning on the shocks. That will make it compress faster and softer.You can adjust the rebound to make the suspension extend slower or faster.
At your weight, id say you need to back off the preload on the springs. This is done simply by loosening the threaded collar\rings on the shocks. If you go a significant amount, you may need to check the alignment and adjust the steering.
I would adjust one setting at a time, either keep a mental note or write it down as to what setting you were at, what setting it felt better, ect ect ect.
