Dude 1000 fixed is way high!!! ..Even if it did bottom end damage it still shouldnt be that much..Hell, you can get a whole motor off ebay for 6-700 bucks..DId you replace the wrist pin bearing when you rebuilt it?? Also when your putting the cylinder back on its best to put some premix on the cylinder walls..Even with a crappy oil i don't see it lasting 2 weeks then blowing again..Sounds like your jetted lean or you have a air leak..Either of those 2 things will destroy the little 2stroke motor..
Do you still have your oil injection on your bike? People say that the plastic gear that works everything is bad for stripping and cutting the oil to the gas..That would also be something you might wanna check on a 10 year old motor.. You should just take the motor apart and check and see whats up with it..Its very easy to do..If you still have any bores you can go just take it to a machine shop with the piston your going to use and they can do it for you.. Thats if you wasn't on your last bore, blasters can go to 80. over before they have to be resleeved ..
If you can't find anybody locally to do it under 500 try these guys www.cpcustoms.com ..They can do insane stuff with the blaster motor ..They have vids a 6mm blaster (215cc) waxing 450's and modded banshee's
