oversize valves by 727cc ?

Default oversize valve by 727cc?
Is it necessarily to built over size valves by 727cc, 105mm, 12:1 ? Why?

No, but if you have the cam and porting to accomodate them larger valves can allow more air through the head, which is where you get your hp.
