banshee motor in raptor frame?

Default banshee motor in raptor frame?

how hard would it be to put a banshee engine in a raptor frame will it fit with no mods? i should have bought a banshee.

Why a raptor frame? Why not just throw it in a yfz frame and be done with it??? It would probably be only slightly more expensive to sell your bike and buy a yfz frame than tear yours down and part it out. But you would have a lot better handling already built in.

Welcome to the forum craptorman, There is no way your going to put that engine in any other frame with no mods. I would think the expansion chambers would be the toughest part, but there will still be a few other challenges. If you have some decent fabricating skills it would help and might make it easier but it still wont just bolt in.

Why don't you just sell your Raptor and buy a Banshee?

banshee is a YFZ frame that is an interesting concept id love to see it done im a 2 stroke fan to the end

I wish I could remember the site although I have seen pictures of a "Rapshee" before, you'll have to change motor mounts but you don't have to worry about cutting the frame so that's a good thing.

It's been done at least once, there was one for sale on ebay a long time ago.

well i have a raptor frame cuz my raptor engine is shot. would it be that bad to put a banshee engine in or just a matter of the pipes and motor mounts? also dose any one have ether a banshee or a raptor engine for around 800 bucks, or dose any one have a 01 raptor main shaft of the transmission?

Yamaha should give the Greenies the FINGER and biuld it!!

Make it a factory 4 mill with power-valves.

do u have an 01 raptor? because from 02 and up they r all good machines..
