Default 2006 YFZ owners read this!!

Don't know if this was already posted or not. If it has, please disregard.

Check the splines on your axle!! Seems people with the 06 YFZs are having problems with the splines breaking off where the sprocket hub attaches to the axle![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

What is a spline?

get a quad and look at the axle you will know, when you get a quad all your magical questions will be answered lmao

Definition of a spline(s) as it relates to ATV axels:
-- Splines are the "notching" of the axel that the sprocket and brake hubs fit over and use so that they do not turn on the axel.
