Well the resolution makes it hard to see the plug in pic 1. IMO plugs are cheap enough that I'd just get a new one and keep this one as a backup. How long has it been in the bike, and have you fixed the rich condition that led to the buildup?

If you're going to do a plug check it is best to do it with a fresh plug and just run it until it gets hot then check it. Also, something I learned, a plug can give off spark and still be bad. I had a bad plug on my Grizzly but when I took it out and held it against the engine and hit the starter it still sparked so I thought it was ok and there was something else wrong with the bike. Before I started messing with anything I put in a new plug and it fired right up and ran perfect. Just something to keep in mind if all of a sudden your quad won't start.
