I concurr with your break-in method.

But, if your stock rod hasn't busted yet then you are not using your engine to it's full potential. That may be why your JE has held together so far. If you are going to 11:1, with a carillo, it may be a good time to change piston brands just for piece of mind. Just a thought.

cant ride any harder than I am now!! but I am at 5000ft above.

That's what it is! You are only making about 80% power.

Bring you bike to the dunes here at sea level and you could loose a leg.

Yep I will gain 20 Psi by going to sea lvl, that's why I went with a 12:1 to begin with to help compensate for the lack of air. But I plan on doing some of the score races in nevada next season so I need to relax my compression before I go down there.
