here is my sad story>>

I had a 96 banshee (new at the time and modded VERY MUCH) and my brother had a 88 blaster also way modded! we had a skimpy lock on our shed and the 2 quads chained together inside the shed. We lived right in town, you'd never think it'd happen there. But the theives climbed on garbage cans and unscrewed the motion light bulbs, then broke off the lock (I found out all this from one of the theives girlfriends) then used MY HACKSAW to cut the chain off inside which fastened both quads together. THEN I DIDN'T live at my moms (where the quads were) I lived up the road a mile, at around 4am I awoke and told my wife there goes some NUT riding through town. IT WAS MY BANSHEE AND THE BLASTER!!! Well I went back to sleep and then while on my way to work past my moms I SAW THE SHED door wide open, MAN YOU TALK ABOUT the most empty feeling of your life! (just the other night I heard a quad in the middle of the night and JUMPED outta bed to see it wasn't mine) I still have nightmares about mine getting ripped off and trust nobody, my garage is like a prison!


We needless to say the cops were USELESS and I had no insurance. So It was upto me, at the time I worked at a motorcycle shop. I made posters up which read all my mods and serial #'s and put $1000 EACH REWARDS FOR their returns or info on it. I figured that theives have to eat so made sure to put them up in all local grocery stores, Well to make a LONG story short the theives called me (I know they did it and also found out later) saying they found the blaster and wanted their $1000, Well I called the useless cops, got the blaster, said I'd only give $400 until I GOT THE BANSHEE, the blaster was blown up! They took me to the banshee after the cops left about 10 miles away and had it hidden under a bunch of brush at some punks house, they all acted like they just conveniently knew where to look. anyway I ended up giving them something like $800 and a bunch of car audio stuff, didn't want to pay but obviously they were BAD NEWS and knew where I lived.

NEEDLESS TO SAY REVENGE IS OH OH OH OH OH OH OH OH SO SO SO SO SO SWEEEEEEEETTTTTTT!!!!! NEVER **** with my quad!!!!! they have had and WILL ALWAYS FOR MANY YEARS have much misfortune!!!!! Can't get into details on here but I've gotten them way worse. hehehehe wish I could tell..........


Sorry so long guys but I still have these damn nightmares, just a lesson GET INSURANCE!!!! I just bought a 01 raptor and am getting insurance! Don't have insurance though on my wifes 400ex........

 

did I mention revenge is swEET???????HE HE HE HE HE nobody ever got prosecuted or even really questioned.....

Bike/ATV thieves are the lowest, most unevolved form of life.

 

Take the little dirtbag, use double-sided tape to glue him to your drive way, then do burnouts on him until he repents. 15 is old enough where the kid should have to pay restitution to you. 50 hours of community service should do the trick.

My wife says I am nuts for the 3-lock combo I use to secure my Raptor, but I think it is more jealousy...

 

The kid is only 15 years old. I'm sorry to say but not much is going to happen to him from the law unless he has a lot of priors. I think the most he will get is formal probation. I would seriously consider taking "matters" into my own hands after the law gets through with him. I'm very glad you were astute enough to do your own detective work.

 

I guess I'm not alone when I think that if someone stole my raptor, it would be like stealing my dog. I guess we're a real passionate bunch.

Now, If someone would have stole my quad, I would have done the same, called police and hunted on my own. Once I found the person, well, they would wish I had'nt.
I couldnt descride what they would go threw, that is the lowest of low, freagin thieves are the bottom of the barrel.

Put some punishment towards that kid.
