Default Mud Lites Rule!

Well last night we got our first half decent snow storm. So obviously I was very exited about getting the Bruin out and seeing what it can do in the snow. I had it last winter too, and it did fine. The only problem was, is that the tires were crap. Meaning if the snow was too high, it wouldnt crawl its way through at all, because I could not find grip. Well not I am proud to say that with the mud lites, I dont really even need 4wd. Well, I do, but only for the really deep stuff. The way our driveway is, it sits right below the front yard, and our front yard is basically a big hill. So the snow always drifts our driveway shut because the snow from the hill fills up the driveway when its windy. I can go through the big drifts with ease, its like a freakin snow mobile! Plus the snow that my dad pushes aside when he plows the driveway gets really deep too, add drifts to that and you have a decently deep path of snow. I could never have dreamed of going through that before without the tires. But now with the mud lites, it just eats its way through, while plowing the snow in front with the front brush guard. It will be interesting to see how they work once we get our normal ammount of snow for the winter. I cannot trail ride until after Saturday, because deer season is still in play. After that I can see how it handles the trails in with the snow. From what I see sofar though, it will handle them with ease.
