It is probably the parking brake sensor that is making the bike do this.

first make sure that it is plugged in all the way. My raptor did this to me once. There should be an electrical wire going to the parking prake on the handlebars. make sure that is in there tight. Then if that doesnt do it pull the sensor out and push the metal pin coming out of the sensor in as far as you can and then see if the bike runs better.

I have read on this forum that you should unplug the wire from the handle bars to the back brakes, if you get a block off will it eliminate all this

I used to have the same problem on my 2000 Warrior were it used to almost sound as if the engine was going to blow. I fixed the parking brake by tightening up the screw on the handle bars were you engage the brake. If this doesnt help, u might have to go to the back of the bike and tighten the parking brake screw on the brake.
