Grizzly Tires Size???
I just have 25 inch Dirtdevils right now for all purpose messing around, I love them. They are cheap and they don't go flat. They handle well and have good all around traction.
The XT's would have even more traction with deeper lugs, but I don't think they were out yet when I bought mine. They been on for over a year now.
I wanna get some heavy duty tires for those "special" trail rides like what your doing, then once the ride was done I would bolt my old run around tires back on.
A guy really needs 2-3 sets of mounted tires

Grizzly Tires Size???
I use 27" 589's in winter, and 26" Dirt Devil XT's for the other 3 seasons on my Grizzly. Those Dirt Devils are rugged and are a great general purpose tire. I have around 2000 miles on mine, including many Hatfield McCoy trips and haven't had a flat yet. Still plenty of tread left too although the leading edges have rounded some. Since I like the way they perform on the Grizzly, I just installed a set on my Brute as well (also 26x12x12 rear and 26x10x12 front).
A dealer told me that GBC isn't making the Dirt Devil any more though, so if this is the case what is currently available comes from previously acquired stock. I had to go several places before I could find a set for the Brute...
