Default To keep the warrior, or not to keep the warrior

hi everyone,

i have a 1996 yamaha warrior w/ a supertrapp pipe, fmf powerbomb header, maxis all track rears, full skid plates, dg front bumper, new chain and sprockets, new axle, new axle housing, shock covers and just got a battery. But due to its age most of these parts were replaced due to old age. should i keep the warrior and deal with the constant repairs for awhile until mostly everything is aftermarket or should i try and sell it for as much as possible and use the money to get a raptor or something, i do mostly heavy trail riding, with hills, mudpits, and i ride in the snow and mud often so which would be a better choice to keep the warrior or not to.

srry its so long
steve

the big thing is i dont know how the raptor is in the snow, and my warrior is pretty old so i dont know if things wil keep going wrong with it, if i keep the warrior i can put like everything possible on it to make it run nice and look nicer but i dont know if it is wroth it considering its age, and i gotta find out how the raptor is in snow, mud, hill climbs, all day rides, harsh trails, and rocky trails.

thanx for the help

steve

The plastic is in great shape. i can email any picks that you might want to see. I live by St Louis on the Illinois side. reply back or you can E-mail me at Mr_mark04@yahoo.com.

Well the warrior is a good trail machine and a good machine for what you are going to do with it. The Raptor has all the torque in the world and would be a good trail/mud/hill/snow machine just like your warrior but with the added extra power. If i were you and i had the money for a new quad i would get a new quad...if not i would update the warrior and keep it...they are cool machines.
