Stage IV is the Trinity coolhead and you need to buy your domes from them. The Noss Head is definatly the way to go and the domes are interchangable with Pro design coolhead domes. 20cc domes and +4 timing advance at sea level will probably put you in the 155-160psi range and that calls for at least a 50/50 blend of 93 and 110 octane.
