Maier makes good plastics for the warrior, both stock replacement and yfz-styled plastics, in almost any color you could want. Go to www.maier-mfg.com to check it out. There are lots of ways to cut fenders, and a dremel is a good way to do it. You just have to go over the cut edges with some fine sandpaper to make them smooth again, and you can carefully use a torch to remove the whiteish color the sanding leaves. If you use a torch try it first on the part of the fender you cut off, so you don't over-do and mess up the good part of your fender.
