ok i really need help on this. i have a raptor 350 and i just got a yoshimura comp series slip on for it, now what else do i need to do to my quad so that it runs right with the new pipe?

 

did you only get the muffler or did you get a header to go with it?

y not it wouldve gave you alot more power. also now that im thinking about it you might want to call ur dealer and check if you need to re-jet it or not since you didnt get the header idk but you can nvr be to carefull. or did you get it re-jeted already?

 

iii dunno just didnt, yeah they said we needed to re jet it, but i think i also have to do something to the air filter and mess with the idol a little bit buut im not suure

 

im not sure about the air filter but the muffler can raise or lower you idle so....

 

but w/e you do dont run ur quad w/o getting it re-jetted first bcuz you can run it to lean or to rich and mess ur motor all up.

 

Rejet it with GYTR jets and have the carb tuned for the new pipe, than add on a GYTR air filter.

 

get k and N airfilter and dyno jet.

 

You actually might not have to rejet. From the factory, most machines are jetted pretty rich. run it through the gears untill your topped out and check the plug. Should look like a nice tan to brown-ish. White is lean. Lean will give you a reason to go the a 430 stroker.
