Default 2007 Raptor 700R???

How many of you think the '07 Edition of the 700R will have fixed some of the '06 first year problems.
It's coming up soon enough. It should be out in June or July. I hope they have fixed the EFI and have no more problems with it. Well I guess we will wait and have to see how the turn out of it will be.

I personally haven't had any problems with the EFI, But I know a freind where he had a HMF pipe and he set the Dobeck system to it, And it got horrible gas milage, It was just a hog.. He tried resseting it, Back to normal gas milage but then the quad got very lean for some reason. I don't know too much about the situation, He filled me in from now and then. I'm pretty sure he fixed it though.

I've read some other problems about it. But Like I said, I have't had any problems with it myself. Just saying if they could find a way to improve it, That would be great.

I don't know but he said it was a serious issue, Like a full tank of gas was getting about about 45 minutes of riding if even that, I thought he was maybe leaking gas somewhere.. But he disagree'd with me. So I don't know the whole story behind it, He said it was the EFI though. But hey..

Thanks, Matt

Kind of a little off topic, But wha do you think the '07 edition will have as it's seconday color. Besides their main blue. What do you think they should have as another color for the quad?

I have quite a few hours of hard riding on my 700 and I have yet to find any of them problems. I burn alittle more fuel than stock but nowhere close to where it limits my ride time.

It doesn't matter what we think, we aren't pickin the colors. Ask yamaha! Your friend is liar. He is probably just sad that his machine leaks and he doesn't want to tell you.

Well, You see maybe if we can influence Yamaha to get a certain color that they might change their ideas or opinions.. You never know what poeple can do to fluxuate the business life. They want us to buy their products right, So why not listen to what we want? And as for the friend thingy... I don't know I guess I really don't care for his problem either.

Thanks, Matt
