Default PROPER BREAK IN METHOD?????

hi, im just finishing the new top end in my raptor and was wondering what is the best way to break in a new piston and rings. i have heard from fellow atvers to run the **** out of it right from start up. but yet have heard from others to take it real easy for first two hours. also when do you change oil. first 10 minutes? hour? two hours?
what do you guys think.

Default PROPER BREAK IN METHOD?????

i would say take it easy for the first 30 mins but after that to ride it like you are going to ride it everytime you ride it.. don't pu$$y foot around. i would say change it close to 20 hours. and then at 40. i guess it all depends on how you ride and where you ride.
