I just put everything new in this engine, new jug,new piston, new oil pump, new white bros. cam,new water pump, new valves, new timing chain and tensioners, new clutch basket. It ran fine first time out, then with about 2 hours on engine it started to blow gaskets.First it was a side cover, now its the one under the jug. What could be the cause of this? Also does not want to put oil back into tank like it should. It is pumping but not filling oil tank like it should? Anyone got any ideas? Help a brother out!

Big B is working on my motor. It dropped a value at about 95 mph had a 15 tooth on the motor and a 40 on the rear. Completely distroyed the head and piston filled the motor full of pieces of piston. By the way how much do you want for the 01 raptor motor? Let me know I need a spare just got into arena cross.

Check to make sure your crankcase vent is not plugged or restricted. Unless you have really excessive blowby the rings that is the most likely problem.
