LRD adjustable pipe?

LRD adjustable pipe?
I was wondering if this is a good pipe. It looks ugly but I can clean it up. I heard it is the best pipe you can buy including the new lrd pipe is this true? What would you pay for one of these? Will asny year pipe fit any year blaster?
