raptor 700 vs yfz450
The YFZ has been out longer and therefore there are more after market parts available for it. The 700R is lacking a big bore, piston, stoker and head flowing mods simply because its still new. I believe there is more potential in the 700R than the YFZ450 simply because of its displacement. You know we can all argue until we are blue in the face ... the 727 will kick the 700R - of course it will, but as soon as someone develops a big bore for it, that will all be history. The 700R has exhaust, intake systems, EFI controllers, Nitrous, and I believe some forged high compression pistons will be available very soon. Web is making cams, and it wont be long before someone makes a big bore. My money is on the 700R, in the long run.
