Default T-dub Swingarm Install

Finally recieved my new +3 swingarm for my raptor. Looks to be very good quality and finish, only thing is I cant seem to find is any instructions. Looks pretty straight forward to fit, all the new bearings are already installed, the only thing I am not quite sure of is a small alum bush, with two flat sides, that is in the kit, is that for the brake plate where it fits to the swingarm ? Any things to watch out for on the install ?

If you recieved a AFTERMARKET bearing carrier, then YES the aluminum spacers are for the brake caliper......

You are corrent. The spacer sits on the post on the side of the swinger. The brake caliper plate rides on it to keep it from turning with your carrier. Put the bushing on first, then the brake plate, fit the flat sides inside the brake plate and put the circlip on.

Thanks for the reply, there is actually 3 alum spacers in the kit, two are the same about 1/2" long and the other is the one I mentioned before, I presume they are all for the brake caliper. Yes I do have a new carrier assem with the kit. I will do the install this weekend if all goes well Looks to be pretty straight forward install

Ya they are fairly easy to install, Pay attention to how the stock arm comes apart and you should have NO problems.......
If the arm doesn't want to fit at the pivot end, you'll have to losen the motor mounts and jar the motor around a bit as you stick the new swinger in place.......Good Luck!!!!!

I have had the stockers off a few different bikes now(thanks to there poor design and bearings colapsing) so should be pretty straight forward. Thanks
