what kind and size big bore kit should i get

there is a 400 alba stroker kit. witch will igve you a ton of power gains
there is also i think a 480 stroker kit that can stay next to a piped raptor.

It depends on how much reliability is a concern. If I was going to do major work to my warrior I would go with a hotrods stroker crank (400 cc). There's bigger ones, but the reliability will be much less, and there would also be problems with excessive heat. And I think alba's is overpriced. When you combine a hotrods stroker crank with porting, bigger valves, a 430 cam, edelbrock carburetor, dyna cdi, and exhaust you will have a very powerful machine that's still reliable enough for trail riding.

FST has a decent kit that's priced pretty cheap.
