does it lower value

Default does it lower value

If i was to cut my front fendersto make it more sporty will it lower that value of the quad?

It most likely will, at least for a warrior. People have mixed opinions about the way warrior fenders look when they're cut (I hate the way most of the cut fenders look, it makes them look like a bird) The warrior is a trail quad, and chances are it's going to be rode in mud from time to time. People looking to buy your warrior might look at stubby fenders and decide that they don't want to get muddy every time they ride.

i would depend on how good u make it look. if i saw some crappy chop job i wouldnt want it, but if i saw some really good looking custom plastics i might like it over another warrior
