Default Raptor clutch problem

Put in a new EBC clutch in an '02 Raptor - last couple of times out it worked flawlessly. However, this past weekend had a major problem. I was on a ride - it seemed to be working fine - we can to a stop for a rest and suddenly there was no tension whatsoever on the clutch lever. Checked the clutch cable - the arm connects to etc. - nothing out of the ordinary. Was able to pop it into first without a clutch and make it back to camp. At camp - disconnected the cable and pulled the shaft it connects to out and reset it. After reconnecting the cable - we were able to restore enough tension to disengage the clutch. Took it out on another ride - samething happened again - only this time was unable to restore tension. I haven't pulled the clutch apart yet - was curious if anyone has experienced a similiar problem - I thinking maybe something with the bearing on the shaft inside the clutch cover. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Greg
